We are thrilled to welcome our August 2025 guest speaker, LaBreia Wilder, Certified Strength Coach and founder of The Bold Zone. LaBreia’s inspiring story of overcoming depression through movement and faith—starting with just 5 minutes a day—has transformed her into a powerlifting competitor, entrepreneur, and advocate for personal resilience.

This event will include a 15-minute beginner-friendly workout and a 30-minute talk, "Consistency Over Perfection: 5-Minute Success Formula." LaBreia will share practical steps to build sustainable systems, redefine consistency, and treat your body as the critical asset it is to your personal and professional success.
