Grace Marton Memorial Park Grand Opening

🌊Grace Marton Memorial Park is officially opening on Friday, October 30th at 4PM. Join us for a ribbon cutting, complimentary food and beverages, and fun activities!🌊
This brand-new park was made possible by Grace Marton and Lance Hardie who left money in their will for the establishment of a new park. These two community members shared many lunches together and enjoyed the view in the same spot where this beautiful park now sits. We invite the community to come play in this new space featuring a children's playground, picnic areas, gardens, and game area featuring a permanent cornhole court and chess & checkers table.
Special thanks to our amazing partners:
💙Grace Marton and Lance Hardie
💙California State Parks and National Parks Land and Water Conservation Program
💙Humboldt Area Foundation
