About this Event

This morning session is designed to provide trauma informed training to help us work in unity to serve the young women of the GFL Home. Here are some of the topics we will cover: Understanding Trauma, How trauma affects the brain, Building trust & Safe relationships, Establishing boundaries, Practicing self-care for volunteers, and more.
