Join us for our monthly Grace & Giggles event — an exclusive in-person meet-up in Birmingham designed especially for mamas and their little ones aged 0–3 years. Whether you’re expecting, a new mom, or navigating toddlerhood, this is your space to connect, breathe, and grow.

What to Expect:

• A warm, judgment-free environment to share your journey
• Meaningful connections with other local moms
• Gentle playtime and bonding for your babies and toddlers
• Expert support and guidance from our trained well-being coach, Tremaine, focusing on postpartum health, self-care, and emotional well-being
• On site Cafe with refreshments and drinks available

This is more than just a meet-up — it’s a safe, nurturing space where motherhood is celebrated in all its forms. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, heard, and supported.

Our Mission at Bumps & Mamas are to :To foster lighter transitions into motherhood by providing information, guidance and beneficial products.

Who’s it for: Mamas + babies/toddlers (ages 0–3)

We are aware that children above 4 are in school

We have made the ages broad enough to include moms with older toddler children!

Tickets are per each family and include all members!
