Straight 7 Min Group Stage match .
8 Min Quater final match.
10 Min Semi-Final match .

Below, we state the rules and regulation to be followed for conducting the tournament in a fair manner.
They go by:-
Match day:- (09/02/2023)
(MATCH DAY MAY CHANGE IF ANY DIFICULTY OR PROBLEM OCCOURS)
RULES :
* (16 teams, 4 groups, 4 teams each group) 2 teams qualify for Quaters from each group, then semi final and atlast semi finalist winners into finals.
Win = 3 points , Draw = 1 point, Loss = 0 points
* Total Squad of 8 members.5 of them start the Matches with 3 ROLLING Subs.
* no offside!
* 1 Red Card will lead to 1 match ban.
* Slide tackles are not allowed, offensive will lead to direct red.
* No words over Referee's
* Referee Decision will be the final decision.

* Any argument with the referees' decision will lead to a yellow or red card.

* Any kind of indecent behavior or rash comment on the field will not be tolerated and the team will be disqualified immediately.
* Cannot switch keepers while Penalties.
* If your starting 5 players are not present on field in time, you have 2 options:
start the game with the number of players present
(e.g . if opponent has all 5 of them present & you have 3 present then it will be 5 vs 3)
or you can Forfeit Match.
* Squad list should be submitted within the deadline (Once confirmed cannot be changed till the tournament
ends).
* No BOOTS are allowed. Only turf and barefoot allowed.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited.
* Any kind of indecent behavior or rash comment on the field will not be tolerated and will lead to bookings or in the worst case scenario,accused person or team may get disqualified.

* Everyone must be present 20 minutes before their scheduled time.
* If any team can't make it on the scheduled time, the match will end in a forfeit , giving the team present on the match time the points.(this strictly applies for all and no request will be taken)
* EVERY TEAM HAS TO PAY THE WHOLE PAYMENT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR MATCH STARTS AND THIS IS A MUST . NO REQUESTS WILL BE GRANTED.
* NO TEAMS WILL RECEIVE REFUNDS FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO SHOW UP.
(The rules and regulations stated above will be strictly maintained taking any measures necessary.)

The deadline will be maintained strictly. No submission will be accepted after the deadline.
