GPD Camp Live Well 2025

Kids at Camp Live Well will learn the skills and behaviors needed to manage their diabetes and lead a healthy lifestyle. Camp will also include activities such as swimming, crafts, nature activities, yard Olympics, and other fun activities occur during the week. Snacks will be provided.

Medical and program staff all have a long standing history of either living with diabetes or caring for people with diabetes. Many with a long history of working at the American Diabetes Association Camp Discovery.

Families will need to send sack lunches each day.

COVID vaccinations will not be required for campers, but complete vaccine records will still be required for each camper with registration.

The cost for all four days is $150 - with $50 being paid at time of registration online and the remaining $100 being paid after forms have been submitted.
