General Practitioners are an essential support for people with type 1 diabetes. With evolving insulins and technology, keeping up with best practice can be difficult. Discover the role GPs play in type 1 care, including what your patients want you to know about their management and what they need from your appointments, plus insights on the latest glucose monitoring devices and insulin pumps.
The event will also feature a back-in-practice measuring outcome CPD activity, and all attendees will have the chance to trial a 2-week FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitor, courtesy of Abbott Diabetes Care.
Food and refreshments will be served from 5.30pm, for a prompt 6pm start.
