About Adam:
Adam was always an avid cook and especially enjoyed making pizzas. His friends encouraged him to be a chef but he did not want to cook in a restaurant, he wanted to do things in a different way. He began to think of how he could turn his hobby into a full-time business, making Neapolitan pizzas.
