Government Contracting & Procurement Workshop

The Government Contracting and Procurement Workshop Featuring Henry R. Vinson is a four hour in-person workshop covering the basics of local, state and federal government contracting. Topics will include capability statements, government bid match programs, subcontracting, SAM’s and DSBS, cybersecurity regulations, certifications and more. A limited number of workshop participants may also be eligible to receive free one on one virtual follow up support with Henry Vinson at the discretion of the Longview SBDC.

Workshop limited to 50 businesses, one participant per business. Must be in operation 2+ years to attend. The workshop and follow-on sessions are free of charge. Complimentary lunch provided by the Longview Economic Development Corporation.
