Gourmet Selection is a premier annual trade show dedicated to the gourmet food industry, taking place at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France. This essential event showcases a vast array of fine grocery products, featuring both established and emerging innovations from various producers and manufacturers. Since its inception in 2009, Gourmet Selection has served as a vital platform for distributors, retailers, and local merchants to discover new high-quality offerings that enhance their product lines. With a focus on the latest trends in the grocery sector, the show also offers a comprehensive trends booklet that highlights where quality groceries can shine.
Over the course of two days, more than 360 passionate exhibitors will present their stories and thousands of gourmet products, appealing to all five senses. The event will feature 504 brands, creating a vibrant atmosphere where attendees can explore a plethora of high-quality items. The Gourmet Selection Experience, launched in 2023, is a dedicated space within the show that allows exhibitors to highlight their products effectively. Furthermore, the Experts' Forum, known as the Experts' Agora, will provide valuable insights into the high-quality grocery market, sharing key strategies for success in the industry. A highlight of the event is the Best Of competition, chaired by Vincent Ferniot, which awards outstanding new grocery products that bring unique flavors and enhancements to everyday life.
