Gourmet Grilling Fundamentals - Cooking Class

Let’s explore the essentials of one of the earliest cooking methods known to man: grilling! Learn the basics of temperature control, direct and indirect grilling, and essential tools needed to tame the flames. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned grill enthusiasts, this class will ignite your passion for grilling and inspire delicious new ways to use your grill beyond the basic burgers and hot dogs. On the menu is Grilled Romaine Salad, Grilled Flatbreads with Seasonal Toppings, Grilled Steak with Horseradish Chimichurri, and Grilled Stone Fruit with Lemon-Maple Whipped Mascarpone.

PLAYTE Kitchen in-person cooking classes are approximately 3 hours in length (2 hours in the kitchen and an hour to enjoy the food you’ve prepared. All guests will be provided kitchen towels, aprons, a class recipe packet to take home, and plenty of foodie fun along the way.
