Four Star Combo is a genuine 1950s house-rocking band, offering a mix of authentic Rockabilly (early Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, etc.) and early Rock & Roll, along with a bit of early Coutnry music, rocking Blues, ballads, and instruments for good measure. The Combo’s lively stage show features vintage instruments and clothes, slapped upright acoustic bass—it’s the real deal. With a repertoire including well-known hits, fun obscurities, and original songs, this band sounds like they stepped right out of a 1950s radio broadcast. Seasoned musicians with long resumes, the combo has played hundreds of shows in the DC-metro area.
Don’t know how to swing dance? No problem! Gottaswing instructors will get you started with a beginner swing lesson, included in the price of admission. Join Gottaswing for eight-week beginner and intermediate classes on Thursday nights—no partner needed, all ages are welcome!
