A non-stop family dram-edy, following single mother Ingrid as her day off fills with family chaos and love! But what does Barb want?!About this Event
'Gotta Call Barb' is a two act, fun, fast paced family drama-dy. Set in the kitchen of her family home, the play follows Ingrid, a single mother of two. Her day begins like any other, with a hot coffee and reading the newspaper as she tries to get her kids, Margot and Ezra to school on time.
But then, the phone rings. She misses the call but hears the voicemail - it's Aunt Barb with a word of caution and plea to call her back ASAP. As she's listening, her mother 'MeeMaw' and new neighbour, Jaqueline, arrive, needing water as the city has shut off thiers for some construction in the area.
Over the next eight hours, Ingrid's life unravels before her eyes, thanks in part to her kids , her ex-husband, her best friend and the other woman, all while she's trying to call Barb.
Doors open at 7:00pm and show starts at 7:30pm (Friday and Saturday night)
