Goth Yoga is a 60 minute class for the damned, set up in traditional all levels vinyasa flow. Join us while we do some not-so-sunny sun salutations to the sounds of all that is goth. You can expect to hear the likes of Sisters of Mercy, Joy Divison, Bauhaus, and more. This is a gentle moving class that is beginner friendly, offering modifications to fit individual students needs. Bring your own mat and props!Preregistration is required due to limited space:
