n the creators of Epic Fit Fest at the beautiful stain-glassed main hall of the Chatelet in Bishop Arts on Sunday June 28th for an exclusive fitness event, with a LIVE CHOIR! Hosted by DJ Duffey This event will include a 1 hour yoga class by Brittney Hall, which will be enhanced by gospel music. Bend, stretch, and align your mind, body, and spirit with the power of movement and gospel music. The first half of the session will incorporate a gentle yoga flow with instrumental gospel sound. The second half will be focused on healing where the students will incorporate breathwork while holding deep, restorative yoga poses anywhere from 2 – 5 minutes. This portion of the class will be supported by the uplifting voices of the gospel choir. The mindfulness combination of movement and meditation will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the transformative effects of a Christ-centered yoga practice.What should I bring:
Required: Yoga Mat/Towel, Water
Optional: Block(s), Bolster, Blanket
Come and receive restoration, peace, and participate in an evening of worship. This class will be beginner-friendly, welcoming, inclusive and fun!
