GOSPEL GIRLS DFW: NOVEMBER 2024 EVENT | IDENTITY

We are GOSPEL GIRLS: a Christian group of women who believe in sharing the teachings of The Bible, while having fun together. Our mission tells you that we are empowered by the Word of God and that our goal is for you to illuminate your life with Christ's light. At our intentional events and gatherings... like this one, we aim to encourage, support, and empower one another in our journey of faith.

We hope each woman leaves this special day feeling equipped to shine brightly in her sphere of influence. We will provide a safe space for connection through spirit-led conversations. We believe that you find healing in community.

At our conferences, you will have the opportunity to experience refreshing worship, learn some teachings from the bible in a simplified way, hear a powerful testimony, be in a room where the Holy Spirit is present, meet other ladies in the area, sense His love through personal prayer time, and leave with a workbook that includes some next steps to take this goodness into your week. (I hope you stopped to breathe during that long list!)

Some of the most powerful moments are the prayer time within the small groups. Hearing one another’s testimonies and trials are what bonds us all. The best part? You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Don’t worry – we aren’t going to put you on a mic, or ask you to pray out loud, but what we can promise is that we will be here to answer questions you have about your walk with Christ, pray with you, and connect you to other women who have found spiritual family here! After all, we are all imperfect people just trying to figure this world out. The good news? We have JESUS as a close friend, as well as one another.

Teaching Topic: “IDENTITY” [Who determines your identity? Who do you think you are? Who do you think God is? Is your identity determined by the world or by what God has to say about you? Let's talk about it.]

*Notes:

• This is a gathering for girls/women only. Our message caters to women ages 18-108 years old, however, this time, we would like to accommodate ages 11+ (Participants ages 11-17 will be seated at a special small group table with other Gospel Girlies of the same age to cater to their conversation. Don't worry, there will be a certified teacher at this table leading them.)

• Due to limited space: No childcare will be provided. We love your kiddos and hope to have an event for them at some point, but we do not have that capacity at this time. Please plan your own childcare accordingly.

• Only imperfect people are welcome. ;)

• Each attendee (regardless of age) must purchase a ticket to attend.

• If you have a seating preference of who you are wanting to sit with that is coming, be sure to put that in the questionnaire! Please have them note the same. However, we encourage you to be open to sitting with new friends.

• Doors open at 1:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet people, take photos with the photo ops, and shop around our GG Market before worship begins.

• If you have any food allergies, please bring a snack for yourself. :)

• No refunds are available, due to intentional plans for each woman once registered. Please plan accordingly.

• Pre-Order for merch will be available soon. You'll be able to pick it up that day. Stay on the lookout through Instagram.
