Gorji Restaurant Presents 2025 Four-Course Mediterranean Wine Dinner

Gorji (pronounced ‘gor-ji’)New Mediterranean Cuisine will be hosting a wine dinner with thoughtfully selected wine pairings including wines from Lebanon Macedonia and Italy along with an expertly prepared four-course dinner of ‘gorjious’ dishes from Chef Gorji. 

Start your year savoring and marveling an amazing international meal in one of the most romantic restaurants in Addison. These are wines from regions with centuries-old winemaking traditions. Where one winery's cellars date from the late 1700s and two where grapes are harvested by hand. Grape by grape. It is also widely known that enjoying Mediteranean cuisine has many benefits from maintaining a healthy weight and complexion; lowering cholesterol and blood pressure; and reducing unhealthy fats from your diet. It also can lead to long life and offers many ingredients with antioxidants. 

Chef Gorji said “The Mediterranean diet comprising fish vegetables olive oil moderate amounts of meat and less ultra-processed foods might sound expensive but at the end of the day far outweighs the medical cost of avoiding it! My Persian heritage led me to choose Mediterranean cuisine because it is closest to what I believe healthy and tasty food should be.” His own personal favorite snack is yogurt with olive oil salt and pepper with bread. Every day Chef wakes at 5 a.m. and does stretching and resistance exercises then does chores around the house before going for a daily two-mile walk around the neighborhood then sets out on daily shopping trips to markets for the restaurant.
