A two- hour concert of songs from Canadian legend Gordon Lightfoot presented by long time Lightfoot interpreter Robert Marcum and his trio
About this Event

Robert Marcum's tribute to the music of Gordon Lightfoot is a faithful representation of the musicality and lyricism of Lightfoot's songs in their most elemental form. Backing his strong vocals with 6 and 12-string guitars, Marcum's renditions remain true to the originals seasoned by years of performing them in his own voice. With Jim Lewin on guitar and mandolin, and Brian Dear on bass

The universal storytelling of timeless classics like "Early Morning Rain, "Sundown", "If You Could Read My Mind", and "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald", has a broad, cross-generational appeal and resonates with young and old alike.

Here are some comments from previous shows:

"...brilliant presentation pays homage to, and spotlights the greatness of Lightfoot's compositions and artistry".

"...uncannily accurate in his presentation of Gordon Lightfoot's sound, style, and voicing".
