Anyone in the Prescott area who would like to join our exercise group you are all more than welcome group classes will be free for the first two weeks and then we ask a donation of $5 for each class after the two weeks trial period all donations and money raised will be invested into the class to buy more equipment so that we can have a bigger class and train better Monday Wednesday and Friday 9:30 a.m. classes are about 90 minutes the students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or a towel a bottle of water if you have resistance bands booty bands or dumbbells that you would like to implement that's more than welcome and very helpful and also a positive attitude we're not doing this to compete with each other we're doing this to encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves love you all have a blessed night I feel free to message me with any questions
