Throughout the day, we will offer healthy, Ayurvedic snacks, made with natural ingredients that are good for the body and mind. This will provide nourishment and energy for you to continue to engage in the sessions.
You may also enjoy the quiet surrender of the heritage gardens or cafes directly outside the venue.
At GoodVibe we believe that sound, breath, and embodiment practices are essential tools for mental and physical wellness, and our mission is to make these practices as accessible and commonplace as yoga and meditation.
