Join Jenn and Mikal for an evening of delightful relaxation. This combination of Restorative yoga and the soothing vocal and acoustic guitar sounds will leave you feeling blissed out and relaxed. Restorative yoga is designed to help send the message to your brain that it is time to rest, allowing for a more seamless transition into sleep, and a deeper night's rest.
Please bring a bolster, 2 blocks, and a blanket or towel.
If you don’t have a bolster bring a pillow case to use on studio props
