Our time together is designed to help individuals navigate the deeply personal and extremely transformative experience that occurs from the loss of a partner. Through guided discussion, practical tools, and connection through shared experiences; we will explore grief. In this workshop we will discuss processing grief, honoring memories, and finding pathways.
