About this Event
Join us for this inspiring programme and explore how you can increase wellbeing, create a good life by focusing your time, with increased efficiency, clear purpose and amplified impact in your personal and work life.
About the Programme
Funded by the Moray Local Action Group, this three module programme introduces a practical and reflective approach to improving productivity, understanding individual purpose and monitoring impact. This is all in service of building community wealth and wellbeing for you and the people you serve.
NOTE: It is essential that participants can attend ALL THREE in-person training modules (see below dates). Each session builds on the last and you will not be able to miss one out.
Who Is It For?
• Leaders, staff and volunteers in third sector organisations including social enterprises.
• Community minded private business practitioners seeking to increase social impact.
NOTE: All attendees must be based in Moray, Scotland.
Outcomes
By the end of the series, participants will:
• Understand what real productivity looks like in social impact and knowledge based work.
• Align everyday choices with personal purpose and organisational goals, enabling more consistent and intentional action.
• Build a proportionate, outcomes measurement framework to understand your impact and continually improve.
• Increase wellbeing by focusing time and attention on the things that truly matter.

Module Overview
Module 1: Increase Your Efficiency
This module introduces the foundations of productivity for knowledge-workers, and why productivity matters for individual wellbeing and organisational performance.
You will learn:
• What productivity really means for knowledge work and impact driven roles.
• The four dimensions that affect your productivity.
• How to apply the CORD model (Capture, Organise, Review, Do) in everyday work to get things done.
• Practical techniques for managing attention, email, planning routines, and habit formation.
Module 2: Uncover Your Purpose
This module helps you move beyond simply ‘being busy’ by focusing your time and energy on work that has meaningful impact. You will explore why understanding your core individual purpose is vital to working effectively and uncover this purpose in service to individual and collective goals.
You will learn:
• Frameworks to help determine what activities are effective.
• What your core purpose is, and how understanding this will impact your effectiveness and wellbeing.
• Techniques for cutting out low value activities to create more space for work that matters.
Module 3: Amplify Your Impact
In this final module, you will connect daily activities to the purpose-aligned outcomes you want to achieve to amplify the impact you have on the communities you serve.
You will learn:
• How to define meaningful outcomes that reflect your purpose.
• The Impact Measurement Cycle.
• How to build a simple Theory of Change to guide decisions and focus.
• Proportionate methods for collecting and analysing data.
• How to report performance and learning to stakeholders in a clear and constructive way.
