A "Sound Bath Meditation" is all about energy, frequency & vibration. It is a very therapeutic form of meditation because you’re literally being "bathed" in sound waves. As these sound waves wash over your body, they can take you into an alpha & theta brainwave state.

Sound vibrations help to shift your brain into a calmer state and make it easier for you to experience a deeper meditation. This deep meditative state leads to profound relaxation & healing.

Sound meditation is wonderful for all types of meditators but it is especially good for beginners because if you’ve ever attempted to meditate, you’ll know that the second you try not to think about stuff, is when your brain decides to think about EVERYTHING!

However, in a Sound Meditation, the tones & frequencies give the mind something to hold onto. And the sounds of the bowls, instruments, etc... helps the mental chatter quiet down quite a bit.

Another thing is, these specific tones are the frequencies at which the bodies 7 Major energy centers (chakras) should be resonating at. And therefore, these vibrations help to bring the energetic body back into alignment and balance.

Must reserve a spot in advance due to limited space , if you need to reserve a mat please request prior. Wear comfortable clothing, no heavy perfumes. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and other items for your comfort. This session is in a laying down position. Please advise prior of any scent allergies.
