Good Vibes & Strides® is bringing the GOOD VIBES to the little ones!

Good Vibes & Little Strides is a feel-good kids walk for children ages 12 and under, created to bring Sacramento families together for a morning of movement, music and fun while helping provide brand-new shoes for children in foster care.

This isn’t a race. There are no times to beat and no pressure to be the fastest. It’s simply a chance for kids to get moving, have fun, cheer each other on and make their strides mean something.

Every stride helps make a difference.

Each registered child will get to take part in the Little Strides walk and enjoy a morning filled with:

• Kids walk
• Bubble finish line
• Finisher medal
• DJ + dancing
• Good Vibes warm-up + hype
• Photo opportunities
• Snacks + hydration
• Post-walk party
• Vendor pop-ups + kid-friendly activities

Come for the walk and stay for the fun!

Some participating vendors may also offer optional products, activities or services available for purchase during the post-walk party.

8:00 AM | CHECK-IN OPENS
Grab your wristband, take some photos and enjoy the pre-walk fun.

8:45 AM | WARM-UP + GOOD VIBES HYPE
We’ll get our Little Striders moving, dancing and ready to go.

9:00 AM | LITTLE STRIDES WALK BEGINS!

Children will participate in our kid-friendly walk experience, followed by our bubble finish line and finisher medals.

AFTER THE WALK | POST-WALK PARTY
Stick around for music, dancing, snacks, hydration, photos, vendor pop-ups and more kid-friendly fun.

The event will continue through the late morning, with activities wrapping up by 12:00 PM.

Registration is $35 per participating child.

Registration helps support our mission of providing brand-new shoes for children in foster care.

Each participating child must have their own registration.

Finisher medals are guaranteed for the first 300 registered children.

Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Make the day even more fun with our official Good Vibes & Little Strides color-your-own event tee, available as an optional add-on at checkout.

Kids can color in the design and turn their Little Strides shirt into something completely their own.

Early Bird Shirt Pricing: $15 through September 19. Beginning September 20, shirts will be $20.

Shirts purchased by October 12 are guaranteed to be ready for the event. Shirts may still be purchased after October 12, but event-day availability cannot be guaranteed.

Good Vibes & Strides® was built around a simple idea: bringing people together can make a real difference.

For Good Vibes & Little Strides, we’re giving our youngest community members a chance to experience that too.

The proceeds from this event will help provide new shoes for children in foster care, allowing our Little Striders to spend the morning having fun while also helping another child in their community.

We want kids to leave knowing that even little feet can make big strides.

Good Vibes & Little Strides is designed for children ages 12 and under.

Every child ages 12 and under attending the event must have their own Little Strider registration. Adults do not need a separate ticket but must check in with their registered child(ren). Children under 2 who are attending only as non-participating guests do not require registration.

Registered children will receive an official Little Strider wristband at check-in. Wristbands are required to participate in the walk and receive included event activities, refreshments and participant items.

The walk is noncompetitive and intended to be fun and approachable for children of different ages and abilities.

A parent or legal guardian must remain onsite and is responsible for their child throughout the event. Children may not be dropped off.

Parents and guardians should plan to accompany younger children as needed throughout the event.

The event will take place on the school track and surrounding event area. Additional arrival, parking and check-in instructions will be emailed to registered families before event day.

Good Vibes & Little Strides is an independently organized Good Vibes & Strides® event and is not a school-sponsored program.

Please dress children in comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for walking and outdoor activities.

This is an outdoor event, so we also recommend bringing sunscreen and anything else your family may need for a comfortable morning.

A parent or legal guardian will be required to acknowledge the event participation waiver during registration on behalf of each participating minor.

Please keep your Eventbrite confirmation available on event morning for check-in.

Additional event details, parking instructions and reminders will be sent to registered families as we get closer to October 24.

Good Vibes & Little Strides is a children’s walking event for ages 12 and under. A parent or legal guardian must remain onsite and is responsible for their child throughout the event. Participation involves normal risks associated with walking, physical activity and outdoor events. By registering, the parent or legal guardian will be required to review and agree to the event’s participation waiver and release on behalf of each registered child. Please review all registration terms carefully before completing your purchase.

REFUND POLICY
All registrations and add-on purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration fee will still support the Good Vibes & Little Strides mission and our efforts to provide new shoes for children in foster care.
