Sunday:
- Check in runs from Noon - 3pm. Get settled in and then head to the Campfire Zone at 5p for a welcome dinner with your fellow Members.

- Pancake breakfast and kickoff, then Monday adventures roll out.

FAQs
What is included with my registration?
In addition to your site fees, we have a taco dinner on Sunday night followed by a program. On Monday, we start the day with a Pancake breakfast and many activities to choose from including educational tech sessions and demos of our newest products on the market, followed by entertainment. Tuesday, we have a day packed with rig tours, Sip & Walk, bird watching bringing Mission Bay taste to the campground and ending with a Beach party with dinner and entertainment. We meet again on Wednesday morning for a grab n go breakfast and say our goodbyes, not before telling you what we have in store for next year! All meals are catered.
How can I rent an RV for the rally?
You can reserve an RV here: https://www.rvrentals.com/wl/ElCajonRentals/listings and we’ll have it ready at your site when you arrive. A separate rally registration is also required.
Every rental includes the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including:
- Fresh bedding and linens
- Cookware, dishes and utensils
- Kitchen essentials
- Full RV setup and hookup service
Simply arrive, unpack and start enjoying the rally. When the event concludes, we'll handle the teardown and pickup.
What are check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is on Sunday from Noon – 3pm. Please arrive by 3pm to enjoy our welcome festivities that start promptly at 5pm.
What if we want to come before or stay after the rally?
Absolutely! We'd encourage it. Campland on the Bay has plenty to enjoy before and after the rally. Extended stays are available based on resort availability at an additional nightly rate. Please see the extended stay option on the registration page to check pricing and availability.
What amenities are available at Campland on the Bay?
The resort boasts its own beach, waterfront sites, two pools and spas, a 124-slip marina with kayak and paddleboard rentals, a sports court, skate park, fitness gym, off-leash dog park, an on-site cantina and more.
How do I get to my campsite?
You'll be greeted at the entrance gate by a Rally team member who will direct you to your assigned space. After you park your RV, you can pick up your registration packet at Camp Central.
What is included in my campsite?
All sites are equipped with 30/50-amp electrical hookups and water. Many have sewer. Additional showers & bathrooms are located around the resort.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, a maximum of three pets are allowed at the campground at a cost of $5.00 per pet/per day. Please note that the campground has very strict policies regarding pets in the premises. If you plan to bring your pet, please review Campland’s full pet policy before your arrival.
Is this a family-friendly rally?
Yes! Families are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
Yes, online preregistration is required for this event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations are non-refundable.
