Good News: A Comedy Fundraiser for L.A. Journalism

Local journalism could use some good news. We can’t fix everything in one night, but we can put on a pretty good show to raise money for a better future for journalists and the city of L.A.

Join us at the Lyric Hyperion on Thursday, November 5 for stand-up from Joe Pera, Joel Kim Booster, Aparna Nancherla, Francesca Fiorentini and Grace Freud, with more comedians to be announced. Stick around to hear some of these comedians Explain L.A. to a surprise guest.

Your ticket supports LARC’s work providing training, mentorship & opportunities to L.A. journalists so they can keep telling the stories that matter.

Every ticket gets you into the same show. The higher-priced options are simply a way to support more journalists.

Doors open at 7pm and the show will start at 7:30pm. Seating is limited. Lineup subject to change.
