Please join me on Friday mornings at 9:00 AM for a Good Morning Yoga practice! This class is designed for all levels and experience with yoga. Beginners are welcome! Good Morning Flow will take place on the deck at Junction Plaza where DiCiccos used to be. Please bring your own yoga mat, a $5 cleaning fee will be added to the total if you borrow a mat. You are welcome to reserve your spot in advance or just drop in on Friday before 9:00 AM!
