These exclusive tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis and are nontransferable and nonrefundable. The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens is open rain or shine. Children two and under do not require a ticket. Total Experience attractions such as the train, carousel, 4-D theater and animal feedings must be purchased onsite separately.
