Good Grief Gala

This event is not just a gathering; it's an experience designed to elevate awareness about processing grief through a series of engaging and uplifting activities.

Attendees (peoples who identify as femme), will have the opportunity to engage in unique experiences, hear from uplifting and inspirational speakers as well as acknowledge what grief can do for us, rather than to us.

The fundraiser will support women without the means to access therapy and receive the help they need. By working with local mental health organizations for fund management and candidate selection, the event plans to offer at least 10 women with specifically matched therapists from ShiftCollab, (one of Canada's top-rated online therapy services), providing them with a package of six therapy sessions each.

We are also encouraging everyone to wear white, symbolizing peace, unity, honesty and new beginnings.

• Be inspired by our own local reknown artist who will be live painting throughout the event to capture all the feels!
• Part of your ticket fee will go towards the Good Grief Gala fund that will support women in accessing the quality therapy they need.
