Good Grief - Community Support Group

Come join us for our Good Grief community support group! This in-person event will be held at BU Wellness Network. It's a safe space for sharing experiences, connecting with others, and finding support during difficult times. Whether you're dealing with loss, change, or just need a listening ear, this group is here for you. Join us and let's navigate through grief together. No need to go through it alone!

This session will focus on the transformational power of movement and community titled Grief through Movement. In addition to our Circle of Support activity, we will also have interactive movement activities. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
