Awaken and become one with your body. This belly dance workshop is great for beginners or intermediate belly dancers. It will cover the cabaret style of belly dance with emphasis on hips, arms, chest, and of course belly!
You will learn the foundations of belly dance technique, gain muscle awareness by practicing muscle isolations, strength building, posture, & musicality.
This class will also allow you to explore your inner goddess while gaining the benefits of improved posture, balance, muscle toning and stress reduction!
Everything learned will come together in a choreography for you to keep and practice in the future if you'd like!
