I am pleased to be offering this long-standing event that is in its 14th year running! It is an amazing chance to experience the profound benefitsu of yoga in an all-encompassing way, taught it in accordance with Sri Dharma Mittra’s teachings. This special class will feature spiritual discourse, pranayama, concentration through visualization techniques, an exceedingly graceful and versatile charging asana practice, and an extended savasana (deep relaxation). Sound healing accompaniment by Awaken Dharma will be played all throughout the physical practice and savasana.
Cost: By donation (suggested minimum donation $25). All proceeds to be directed to local food banks, such as Shepherds of Good Hope.
