Good Friday at the Village Church of Northbrook

Our Good Friday service will be a reflective evening focused on Scripture readings and musical meditation on the suffering and death of Christ. The service will feature the Passion cantata How Great Thou Art by David Clydesdale, performed by choir and soloists.

The overall atmosphere will be reverent and contemplative, similar to a Vespers service, inviting the congregation to reflect on the meaning of the cross as we prepare our hearts for Easter.
