Shannon was in a severe ATS accident!
She has a long road to recovery for sure. She’s at Roanoke Memorial Hospital where they are doing everything they can to help her. Lacerated spleen, liver, multiple fractures to the face, skull fracture, a few lacerations on her face and head, many broken ribs. She is still unconscious. We cannot wait to hear the sweet voice of her again! She was just released from the neurosurgeon because she was able to move her right and left side. But she is still on a ventilator and non-responsive.
Funds will be used for:
Between unexpected medical bills (life flight, ambulance, surgeries, normal hospital expenses) and everyday expenses, things are going to be extremely tight. On top of it all, her daughter is in college. Shannon works 3 jobs to make things happen for her and Skylar. Her UNC team has been so supportive through this tough time but that check just doesn’t cover everything.
