Good & Well Thursdays: Mat Pilates
About this Event
Join us for Good & Well Thurdays! Jasmine is a certified barre and pilates instructor whose classes emphasize taking is slow and strengthing endurance.
Expect a upbeat low impact, beginner friendly mat pilates class the blends pilates with barre. The class focuses on core strength, endurance, control, and mobility. You will have a chance to connect to community and leave feeling strong and empowered.
Light weight props will be provided such as a band and ball.
Modifications will be available throughout class.
