Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Training

Do you work for or manage a farm business? Are interested in stepping up your game with improved food safety practices? Join us for this training with our partners from Central State University at the Community Center in Chesterhill to learn how GAPs could benefit you! Even if you don't plan to become certified, this training will inform you of best practices in the production, packaging, handling and storage of agricultural products to minimize risks of microbial food safety hazards.

Please note that this training does not include a GAP certification, but rather prepares you for a voluntary audit that you can apply for independently.
