About this Event
3 teas from Wuyishan will be served in this 90min tea session.
Wuyishan is one of the origins of Oolong teas, it is also one of the most protected scenic district in China and since 1999 the park zone has been recognised by UNESCO as part of the world's natural and cultural heritage.
Its unique topography, geology and soils created many particular micro-climates and conditions for the growth of teas, hence there is a saying, every rock creates a different tea.
We will be starting with a lighter oxidized and roasted Wuyi Tea called, Beidou from 2015, which connected to the important story about the preservation of the Da Hong Pao.
Then, a slightly heavy oxidized and roasted Huang Guan Yin from from 2018 one of the famous rock within UNESCO National Park, Hui Yuan Keng.
Finally, a Wild Souchong from Tong Mu Guan from 2023 will accompany us till the end of this tea session.
