Gong Sound Healing Meditation & EFT Tapping Release Experience

Join us on Saturday evening for a rejuvenating meditation session hosted by A.J. Creative Works and Tap to Shine Wellness.

We will gather at the Diva Dance Lakeview Studio, located at 3140 N. Lincoln Ave., for an immersive experience focused on stress relief and personal well-being.

The event begins with an introduction to the transformative power of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping. You will learn how to use this method to let go of stress that lingers in your body, even after your mind has moved on from difficult experiences.

Following the tapping session, you will be guided through a Gong Sound Healing Meditation Journey, allowing you to relax deeply and release negative energy.

This event is designed to help you release stress from both your mind and body, supported by a nurturing and peaceful environment.

Info: Upon arrival at the Diva Dance Lakeview Studio, you will check in and choose your preferred meditation spot on the floor. It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, or any items to make yourself comfortable during the experience. You may also bring a journal to capture your thoughts and reflections on stress release.

Info: Sonia Pietruszka, owner of Tap to Shine Wellness, will lead a seated tapping session. She will share her expertise in helping clients transform feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and fear into confidence, acceptance, and trust. Sonia will explain the benefits of EFT Tapping, demonstrating how the body can hold onto stress even after the mind has logically processed an experience. The session will include coaching through several rounds of tapping to facilitate stress release.

Info: Amber J. McLean, owner of A.J. Creative Works, will guide the group through a laying down sound journey meditation. Amber will share her knowledge of how sound vibrations move through the body to unblock energy in your chakras. The meditation will feature a variety of instruments, including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Tingshas, Peruvian Goat Hooves, tuning forks, an ocean drum, a metal drum, a rain stick, and a gong, all used to create a calming space for self-healing and peace of mind.
