☀️ You’re warmly invited to a Gong Relaxation Experience ☀️
This session supports your body and mind’s natural healing rhythms. As you rest and receive, you’ll be bathed in the magical frequencies of the Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls and gentle Percussion. With each sound carrying you deeper into stillness, balance, and restoration.
🌿 Many souls leave feeling:
☀️ A deep sense of inner peace
☀️ Lighter, clearer and more centred
☀️ Free from stagnant or heavy energy
☀️ More connected to themselves and their intuition
☀️ Rested, renewed and uplifted
☀️ Better sleep, calmer moods, and a brighter mind
Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held by the healing power of sound.

🌿 What to bring:
☀️ Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else to help you feel cosy and supported. A few spares are available, please message Charlotte if you need to borrow one.
☀️ Wear comfortable clothing and layer up to match the temperature of the venue. Your body temperature drops when you go into a relaxation response.
☀️ The more comfortable you are, the deeper you’ll be able to relax!
☀️ You will also need a bottle of water.
🌿 A gentle note
Sound healing may not be suitable if you:
☀️ Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
☀️ Experience seizures, epilepsy, or unmanaged mental health conditions
☀️ Have had recent surgery or broken bones
☀️Have metal implants or a pacemaker
