About this Event

Experience the transformative power of Gong Meditation/Sound Healing Therapy at BLOOM Transformation Center!

Immerse yourself in the healing properties of sound therapy. No prior meditation experience needed.***

BLOOM Transformation Center offers a unique type of sound therapy that involves using therapeutic gongs, singing bowls and other sound instruments to bring about healing, insight, relaxation, stress and tension relief and so much more! Research has shown that sound therapy can even repair damaged DNA strands!

This practice is also sometimes referred to as a “gong bath” because participants are “bathed” in the vibrational frequencies that resonate throughout the space during the session.

With traditional meditation, individuals often report difficulty in “learning” how to meditate and eventually abort the practice out of frustration. Bloom Transformation Center's gong meditation/sound therapy participants are amazed at how effortlessly and passively they can achieve a deep meditative state. There is no learning involved and the benefits are immediate. They report everything from improved sleep, heightened intuition, reduction in pain, better focus, heightened relaxation and much more.

Testimonials from recent participants of Gong Meditation at the BLOOM Transformation Center:

"This is the lowest my heart rate has been in months."

"My panic attacks were completely gone after 3 sessions."

"My pain is gone, and I'm always in some type of pain."

"I've never been able to meditate, but was able to go deeper today than I've ever been."

"The clarity of thought I leave with is indescribable."

Instantly transcend with soothing sounds and a healing environment that our center offers.

Better Health, Physically and Emotionally!

The benefits of traditional meditation is well-documented, however the western world is just now discovering and taking advantage of gong meditation/sound therapy which has been around for thousands of years.

In 2013 for the first time, the American Heart Association concluded that meditation was shown to be effective in the prevention of cardiovascular disease. Sound Healing Meditation is unique in the ease at which individuals achieve a meditative state. With traditional meditation, individuals often report difficulty in “learning” how to meditate and eventually abandon the practice out of frustration. Sound Healing meditation participants are amazed at how effortlessly and passively they can achieve a deep meditative state. All they have to do is show up and allow the healing frequencies from the sound instruments to do all the work! There is no learning involved and the benefits are immediate. Participants report everything from improved sleep, reduction in pain, better focus, heightened relaxation, improved relationships and much more.

Participants Report: reduction in anxiety, improvement in mood, improved focus and clarity, lower blood pressure, disease remission, pain relief, trauma recovery, improved relationships, and so much more.

Guests have multiple comfortable seating options, including yoga mats, chairs and elevated seating with support. Sanitized mats and throw blankets are available.

Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday at noon. Doors open 20 mins prior to start time. Class starts promptly. There is no entry after the start of the meditation.

******For individuals with pacemakers and other medical devices that generate electrical impulses. Please get medical clearance from your physician prior to attending a Sound Healing class to ensure the sound frequencies/vibrations will not interfere with your device.
