Nourishment not only comes from what we eat or drink, it comes from relationships, information we seek, spaces we live and work in, and how we treat ourselves. We can feed our energy by no longer abandoning any parts of us we don't like. Astara writes about energy return in this way in How the Stars Tell Time, "I also drink in all the nourishment of wonder and curiosity I have gotten from my young selves these recent days.” The multi-frequency magic of the gongs helps dissolve the noise in and around you, helping you bring gentle nourishment to your body and field.
We lead the group through a gong immersion experience to support you while you meditate. Orion and Astara encompass you in layers of organic resonant medicine. Appropriate for all levels of meditation knowledge. Bring a friend!
Pre-registration encouraged. Check in time 2:45pm. Event start time 3:00pm.

Dress comfortably to sit on the floor. We have a few bolsters, blankets, and back jacks, but we encourage you to bring your favorite sit bolster/pillow (zafu/zabutan). If you need a chair, please message us. As an event for meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere. We will provide loaner Mindfold eye-masks for those who prefer to cover their eyes during meditation.
