Gong Meditation & Sound Bath with Mary Attwood | April 2025

The gong is an ancient modality and tool for spiritual growth originating in Tibet in the 6th century. By laying down and receiving the vibrations of the gong, you can expand your consciousness or simply feel deeply relaxed. This class explores a monthly theme and movement meditation before at least a 30 minute svasana, or deep relaxation, with the transformational sounds of the gong. Mary Attwood brings her training in Kundalini yoga and quantum healing practices to each class with an eager desire to facilitate a healing journey unlike any other.
