Tom Connally As a devoted member of The Gong Lab community since January of 2023, I've been on an enriching journey of self-discovery through sound and meditation. My initial encounter with a Gong Bath, nearly a decade ago, was a pivotal moment in my life. Struggling with a perpetual sense of being "High Strung," I found sanctuary in the ethereal vibrations of the gongs, experiencing a profound transcendence where time seemed to lose its grip. Since then, I've cultivated a daily meditation practice and immersed myself in the vibrant tapestry of the local yoga and Kirtan communities, each contributing to my personal growth and inner peace. Transitioning from participant to provider earlier this year was a deeply fulfilling experience, allowing me to intimately connect with the gongs, understand their nuances, and share their transformative power with others. With over 60 Gong Bath sessions under my belt, I continue to find joy in witnessing the unique experiences of each participant, grateful for the opportunity to serve as a conduit for the healing energy of sound.

Ewa is a devoted yogi whose transformative journey into yoga has deeply influenced her life and perspective. Starting as a means to stretch after intense workouts, her yoga practice evolved into a profound exploration of self-discovery and truth. After earning her YTT-200 certification in New York City in 2014, Ewa began teaching in upstate New York, drawing inspiration from renowned teachers like Matt Giordano and Seane Corn. Her travels to India further fueled her passion for Bhakti Yoga, leading to her YTT-300 certification under Raghunath Cappo's guidance. Alongside her yoga practice, Ewa is an interior designer who infuses her Bhakti practice into her creative work. As a Reiki Master, she guides others towards balance and harmony with a deep understanding of the body's energy systems. Ewa's classes offer a space for students to build physical strength while nurturing mental and emotional resilience. With a compassionate and inclusive approach, she fosters a supportive environment for students to grow and flourish on their yoga journey.
