Gong Bath with Live DJ

Join us in commUNITY vibration! Hosted by Amanda and Kevin, our newest monthly gathering is designed to support your well-being by combining the healing vibrations of a gong bath with the transformative practice of meditation and the elevating energy of a live DJ.

The visionary Edgar Cayce once proclaimed that “the medicine of the future will be music and sound.” We believe that sound has the potential to shape our well-being in profound ways!

Immersing oneself in resonant sounds can help our brains reach deeper states of relaxation. Consider this a sonic massage for the mind and body, inducing mental clarity, stress relief, energetic balance, and sometimes even altered states of consciousness.

The flow of these events will include a guided meditation with rotating monthly themes, a moment of Authentic Connection, and the majority of the evening will be spent dropping into the sound experience.

This workshop not only promotes individual well-being but also strengthens bonds within the community, creating a supportive and uplifting environment for personal growth, integration, and connection. We hope to vibe out with you soon!

Please consider bringing your mat, blankets, pillows, or anything that will keep you comfortable for lying down on the floor for an extended period of time.

This experience is accessible to all through Habitual Roots is a 501c(3) here to create intentional space for meaningful connection, community, and well-being - expanding the awareness of individuals to mindfully care for each other and themselves.
