During this gong bath, you will be comfortably seated or lying down while being enveloped in the harmonious sounds of the gong. The session will begin with a brief introduction to the practice, followed by an hour-long gong bath where the resonant tones will wash over you, facilitating deep relaxation and meditation. Participants often report feelings of clarity, emotional release, and a heightened sense of well-being.
