A one hour Gong Bath designed to take you on a sound journey, whilst you lie down, relax and immerse yourself in harmonic sounds. I use instruments including Paiste gongs, crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, Native American Style flutes and percussion, creating complex sound vibrations which help your body to resonate at a more optimal healthy frequency.Booking via eventbrite at:
