The vibrations of the gong wash through your energy system and reach you on a cellular level while your brainwaves synchronize with the soothing sounds. It’s like drifting away on an inner journey.
Throughout the session, you'll bathe in waves of harmonious sound. Lie comfortably on a mat, wrap yourself in a blanket, close your eyes, and let go while you listen. Nothing is required from you – just passive relaxation, allowing your body to absorb the healing vibrations of the instruments.
