? The "gong bath" is a listening and relaxation experience in which participants are taken on a journey of self-discovery through the sound of gongs, angelic harps and other ancestral instruments.? The vibrations allow you to reach a deep meditative state, out of time, in which all cells are gently massaged by sound while the mind is free to give new light to memories and emotions.
? A unique experience, which involves body, mind and spirit.
? Things to bring: comfortable clothes, yoga mat, cover and pillow ?
ℹ The experience is led by Fabio Vescarelli of GONG whisper, musician, gong master, sound researcher.
? The event will take place at Splendor Amsterdam, a beautiful location in Nieuwe Uilenburgerstraat 116, 1011 LX Amsterdam.
