How about spending an evening with multiple gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, multiple chimes, ocean drums and rain sticks? Please join us on this wonderfully sensual journey to your soul.
Sound vibrations have a powerful effect on your mind and body. Consider for a moment how you feel when you witness a roaring thunderstorm. The feeling often can't be described... you just feel GOOD. But we now have evidence of the physiological benefits.
Most people spend a majority of their lives in the "fight or flight" nervous system rarely allowing their mind, body and soul to release. Research shows that sound healing slows your brain waves and puts you into in a calm, relaxed and dreamlike state.
This rebalancing of the nervous system helps relieve physical medical symptoms and provides emotional release by gently guiding your nervous system into the "rest and digest" response where we all need to go to promote better health and happiness.
During the session, simply plan to make yourself comfortable on the floor allowing you will FEEL the vibrations of the musical instruments move through your body allowing you to fully embody the penetrating sounds.
We have a limited supply of bolsters, blocks, blankets and yoga mats in the studio space. We strongly encourage you to bring your own pillows and blankets. We also provide a limited number of couches and chairs to those that prefer to be seated. As we turn off the heaters during the event, if you tend to get chilly, please bring warm clothes and socks.
